Marshall's Barn

Marshall’s Barn blends the timeless charm of traditional Cotswold architecture — stone walls, exposed wooden beams, high ceilings — with thoughtful modern comfort.

The layout is exceptionally well-suited for groups: a central farmhouse kitchen opens onto two generous reception rooms, ideal for multi-generational stays or larger groups wanting room to spread out.

The house is designed so everyone can come together — or find peaceful corners of their own — without disturbing anyone else.

Board games and books are also available for relaxed days indoors.

Around us

We are minutes from Soho Farmhouse, Blenheim Palace, and many of the Cotswolds’ most beautiful villages and landmarks.

This part of Oxfordshire has even been affectionately described by national broadsheets as the “G-spot of the Cotswolds” — the point where everything simply comes together.

“We had a lovely weekend celebrating my mums 80th birthday.
The house was so cosy, very spacious and well laid out.
Pub across the road was excellent. We had nice days out to local areas, lots all within a 30-40 minute drive.
Would definitely recommend for a family get together of all ages."
